« There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... « The property is beautiful, and the family here is so sweet and welcoming. They have an option to have lunch and dinner made for you, which I highly recommend as you are not on the mainland. The food was delicious and healthy. The view of the stars at night was breathtaking. The option to dress in traditional cloths and have a reed boat ride on the lake at sunset was unforgettable. « Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. « We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi.
