« El check-in parecia estar bien hasta que nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas y con una limitada ventilación con un ventilador de pared. Se sentía muy encerrado, además tiene una gotera al parecer en el techo que hizo que tuvieranos que cambiar a una habitación más grande como para 6 personas pero con un costo adicional en efectivo de casi 300 CAD y sin darnos algún recibo. El lugar es muy limpio, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien y la atención es buena solo ojalá no ofrecieran esa habitación...

« The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. « What a beautiful place. Very comfortable bed, room was perfect size for just me. Food was delicious, staff was attentive, room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet place to stay & relax. Not much to do other than a massage or pool area. They do have activities outside the hotel if you’re interested. Great place! »
