Great location. Cute home. Please ask home owner to remove that there is a fire place in this house, there is not. Also should disclose the narrow stair case to the 2 out of 3 bedrooms in case someone with a handicap wants to rent. Please also put a disclaimer in your book or somewhere that the furnace may smell like gas upon initial heat up as I was scared for my family all night after the CO2 detector went off (we determined the batteries were bad in the detector). Something really should be done about the bug problem, had to clean dead bugs from every room, bathtub, and window sill. At night the live ones come out of the nests. Also, something should be done with the 6-inches of damned ice on the roof above the entrance door as it melts on patio in front of door then turns to glare ice. Finally, no snow removal was done in the driveway during our stay. There was 10-12inches of snow we had to plow through to get in. I understand it was the Christmas holidays but since the terms of the house we were told we were getting were not followed then I believe we should have been offered a partial discount. At least for the lack of snow removal and cleaning we had to.
