Seaview Town House by Peppy Beach Retreats® (6 Adults), Town House
Welcome to our stunning Town House.
Enjoy expansive ocean views as you wake in the mezzanine bedroom, or take a 2-minute walk to enjoy sunset on the beach.
This architecturally-designed town house perfectly accommodates couples, families or smaller groups, with two bedrooms (one on each floor) containing three queen beds total.

The Space:
You will enjoy a big mezzanine bedroom with direct sea views. This room contains two queen beds. The bedroom is accessed via the spiral staircase.
On the ground level, there is another bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the backyard. The bathroom contains a jet power spa-bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the WiFi is fast, and the television is loaded with 'pay-TV' international television and streaming services.
The open-plan kitchen and lounge room is wrapped by sliding doors and huge windows to maximise the sea view. Depending on the season, you will enjoy the indoor fire place or outdoor patio. The outdoor patio dining area contains a BBQ, outdoor dining set (for six) and a private wooden gazebo with extra seating.
There is a door next to the fire place from which you can access the shared laundry facilities. Both adjoining properties have their own internal lockable doors for security and privacy. It is quite rare that guests meet their neighbours in the laundry. The laundry contains two washing machines, a dryer, and a wheeled eski and foldable chairs to take to the beach.
There is lattice fence to separate the outdoor patio areas of both adjoining properties. Each property has its own BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Please note that the listed price is for the two-bedroom Town House (which sleeps up to 6). By booking the Town House, you will have full access to the areas described above and outdoor areas adjacent to them. The Town House adjoins another 5-bedroom property called "Beach House" (which sleeps up to 13). Subject to availability, the entire 7-bedroom property (called "Residence") can be booked-out which will sleep up to 19 people. Search our listings for this property, or send us an enquiry.
Access and House Policies:
Noise:
Shire-enforced quiet hours apply after 11pm (10.30pm on weekdays). This essentially means that no yelling or music should be heard from outside of the property. Peppy Beach is a quiet, seaside town and the noise travels directly to our neighbours, so we ask that you be considerate of them. These quiet hours are strictly enforced and we have a noise monitor installed. If this policy causes any concern we suggest you consider other options.
We also do not permit parties. Any evidence of excessive noise or a party will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of any unused rental nights, and loss of your security deposit.
Parking:
You will have two dedicated car parks along Peppermint Grove Tce, but these parks are essentially street parking which you can access via a private path from the entry to Town House.
Pets:
We are dog friendly and charge a one-time $80 pet fee for the entire stay regardless of the number of dogs.
Smoking:
Strictly no smoking indoors which includes vapes, shisha, hookah and cigars. You may smoke outside but must do so two metres away from the doors. Any smoke inside will result in deordorising and cleaning costs.
Damages:
Accidents happen, so please report any damage as soon as possible.
In the event that any unreasonable / excessive cleaning is required, we charge this at $50 per hour and it will be deducted from your security deposit.
