« The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

« Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router. »

« We loved the detail that went into turning this building into loft apartments. We felt very safe. The main street is adorable and Nats' is the place to go for coffee and food. « We go to peoria/pekin occasionally for conventions, have stayed in many places in the area. This one has been my favorite ive stayed at locally. The place was clean and near quite a bit of food options and theres a grocery store a few min away. Will definitely be looking for this unit next time we need to stay in the area for the weekend. »

So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. « Fantastic stay here in Bartonville. They thought of everything, and it was so incredibly welcoming. The ONLY caution is that I'm not sure the couch would really be considered a "pullout," since it really just folds flat like a futon, so I may not be able to bring my teens with me to comfortably sleep here next time. But there's so much room and the kitchen is fully equipped for making meals – it might just be a matter of requesting the air mattress for the extra sleeping space. 😊 »

« Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here! »

"meme pas bonjour l employee demande le passeport ce qui est normal mais demande en plus une piece d i dentite supplemantaire. anormal on lui demande une chambre en hauteur elle nous repond que c est 10 dollars en plus que ns avons refuse de payer et le pire si vs etes placer vers l autoroute vs ne dormez pas de la nuit tellement bruyant. et j oubliais. odeurs de cigarette dans les chambres et dans le hall sinon la chambre est grande dommage"
