« its description on sign says rustic and rustic it is ...i like the owners but its day to day management wich appears to be 1 old we r very argumentative individual...stay 2 night and had to move to its sister motel in town called the vali Vista..save yourself a headache and the lack of a good housekeeper. »

« The property is conveniently located and near restaurants and lake of MI. The staff was very polite and helpful. »

« The owners here treat you like part of the family. Very, very nice stay. Great place! One of the best. »

« This place is super cute. Love the modern vibe and it’s right by the water. Our room definitely had a funk to it. Kinda like old wet towels. It wasn’t terrible but it was noticeable. Especially since they had their room and linen sprays available for sale »
