  • Magnifique petite suite moderne située dans une maison passive du centre-ville. Emplacement exceptionnel : vous êtes à quelques pas de tout ce que Penticton a à offrir : restaurants, bars, plage, promenade. Location de vacances inspectée et agréée par la ville de Penticton – licence #1006692.
    Perfect pour un voyageur seul ou un couple, ainsi que votre petit compagnon à quatre pattes (animaux acceptés).



    Cette belle suite est située à l'arrière de la maison (au-dessus du garage – au 2e étage) et est accessible depuis une ruelle ; elle dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances confortables ou effectuer un séjour professionnel. Profitez d’un café sur la terrasse le matin ou d’un verre de vin le soir. La kitchenette compacte est équipée d’une plaque à induction, d’un micro-ondes/petit four, d’un réfrigérateur, d’un congélateur et d’un lave-vaisselle. Lit Haven confortable, Wi-Fi, télévision par câble, lave-linge/sèche-linge, sol chauffant dans la salle de bains, cheminée électrique pour les soirées d’hiver fraîches, et bien plus encore.

    - Le parking peut accueillir un véhicule de taille standard. Les grands monospaces ou les pick-ups à cabine allongée devront se garer dans la rue principale (nous vous fournirons les instructions nécessaires).



    - La suite est adaptée aux enfants, mais veuillez noter qu’il y a des escaliers raides et que l’espace est assez restreint ; veuillez donc apporter une barrière de sécurité pour les escaliers si votre enfant est en « phase d’exploration ».



    - La suite accepte également les animaux de compagnie, mais gardez à l’esprit qu’il s’agit d’un espace assez restreint. Nous demandons aux voyageurs de ne pas laisser leurs animaux sans surveillance et de tenir les chiens en laisse à l’extérieur de la suite.

This property is very European like in terms of size, amenities, furnishings. Compact and not an excess of supplies ( towels, dish supplies). Pictures of this unit did not give me a clear idea of the size, etc of this unit.Karolina, property mgr., was exceptional in helping me secure an unexpected day/ night's accommodation at this suite. She also was very quick in responding both by phone and in person for several questions I had. An excellent manager.

A quiet and private location close to the beach. Had everything I needed for a short stay. Very clean, modern, comfortable and relaxing space. Onsite parking and pet friendly. Check-in and out was simple and the manager was easy to reach via email or text and responded quickly.

Liked it so much the first time, we returned

This is a lovely little property that has all you need for a short stay in Penticton. This is our second time staying at the property and it works out really well for us because of all the amenities it has in a small area. Comfortable and simple - worked really well for us.

Little Gem!

Such a lovely little self-contained apartment just two blocks from the beach. It has everything you need - including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Well-appointed and comfortable, within walking distance of great coffee shops, local breweries and restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property. It is the perfect location close to everything including the beach and Main Street. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The place itself is quiet, clean, and beautiful. The AC was great. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The proximity to the beach, breweries and downtown were great. We were able to walk to most locations. We spent the week in Penticton visiting our daughter, and the carriage house had what we needed to make that stay very enjoyable. Our puppy really appreciated the AC on the hot days. The neighbourhood is residential, and very quiet at night. We would consider this location again!

Fantastic Location

Location was perfect, back from the main noise but very close to walk to the lake. Yan was very responsive to our requests and there was some very helpful info on what to do. If we ever come back we'll definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach and downtown and an easy ride to the KVR for those who enjoy cycling. There is also a secure lock-up area for your bikes. The suite is compact but very efficiently organized. We appreciated the heat pump that kept the room temperature very comfortable.

Nice quiet space for two. Short walk to beach, parks and restaurants. Beautiful clean space with elevated outdoor deck, and much needed air conditioning in Penticton summer! Will definitely be back in the future!

Visit with close friends in penticton

It was very close to our friends place, excatlty as advertised. Cozy and clean. We were able to spend a ton of time with friends and explore penticton and it was just a short walk back to the place when we called it a night. We very much enjoyed ourselves and the place was a great home base for our visit

We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location of this modern getaway close to the water and hiking trails and within walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shop. Compact and comfortable

Myself, my spouse and our cat enjoyed our week long stay. The space is small, but well utilized and includes bonuses like the heated floor in the bathroom, dishwasher, in suite laundry, the spacious deck and locked gated area for bikes. The location is walking distance to downtown and several pubs/ restaurants. We would recommend this place to a couple or single travellers

Had bike storage for us. We rode every day except the day we left, so storage was important. Did not have a bath tub. I am older so like my baths. The shower needs something on the bottom to avoid slipping. Very simple. Very good.

Thankful for letting us bring our pet.

Walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Big enough parking for our truck. Pet friendly. Clean and well stocked. Even had a small balcony that we could enjoy our coffee on. Tons of places to.walk your dog. The channel is not far to get too and its a good run and people are friendly. But please leash you dog in town and clean up after them. I really appreciated that vrob have places that allow pets. Lets not abuse that.

Pricey for what you get

I shared my opinion of this rental with the Property Manager so some things might have changed.Know that the rental is above the garage and view looks out on the properties across the alley. The balcony door was of a design I’ve not come across before ‘European’ was the explanation. I could not master opening the door and neither could my husband. Good luck. As shown, the sofa is the only place to sit. We could not access the table & chairs on the balcony because we couldn’t get out there. The cupboard above the kitchen sink are high and I (5’ 2”) could only reach 2 of the 4 shelves (no stool provided). The two burner stove is an ‘induction’ stove. The microwave had only brief instructions and I was only able to heat in 30 sec increments. The old 2 cup drip coffee pot had no filters provided that fit.There was one chopping kitchen knife provided, no paring knife. The fan in the bedroom needed a good clean… the bedside light was not plugged in so I had to hunt behind the head board for the extension cord. (The lamp in the living room was foot operated and the switch was found behind the sofa.)The two doors (to the bathroom & washer/dryer) squeaked loudly and hinges needed oiling.I met the owner on the day we arrived. He does ‘wine tours’ and while congenial, only offered to host us if we wanted a wine tour and never said to let him know if we needed anything or had questions. I dealt only with the Property Manager who was helpful and sympathized about the balcony door
