Park in front of the privacy fence along North 16th Street and enter through the gate. This apartment has an electronic lock on the front door — your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

We remodeled this studio so your stay feels easy from the moment you walk in. It's a private, single-level apartment at the back of the fenced area, and you come and go through your own French-door entrance. Bring your dog, your work laptop or just a weekend bag. There's a dedicated workspace, a TV, heating and fast Wi-Fi, so you can settle in however you like.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Studio sleeping area: 1 king bed with bed linens, plus extra pillows and blankets

• Bathroom (1): walk-in rain shower, with hot water ready when you are
• Laundry: washer and dryer right in the apartment, handy after a beach day or a muddy dog walk

KITCHEN & DINING
You can cook a real meal here. The full kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. We also stock coffee and a coffee maker for slow mornings. A dining table for two is ready for breakfast or a takeout dinner from downtown.

OUTDOORS
This is where the stay really slows down. The fenced yard gives your dog room to roam off-leash-style freedom while you watch from your seat. Please note we share the yard with the other apartments at this address. Out front, the deck has comfortable seating, and there's an outdoor dining area, a grill for cookouts and a fire pit with seating. In the evening, the ambient lighting makes it a quiet spot to unwind after a day out in Pensacola.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
Apartment D is a studio and the separate unit at the back of the fenced area, apart from the front building. Other guests may be staying in the other apartments at this address, but your apartment is private and no other guest will be staying inside it. The fenced backyard is shared by all the apartments at this address.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 3 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Please be considerate of the other guests using the shared backyard
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & TRASH
Pull off the road and park in front of the privacy fence along North 16th Street, then enter through the gate. The trash cans are on North 16th Street, underneath the tree near the parking area. Bag your trash and drop it in.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome. Dogs must be 60 lb or under, and some breeds are restricted for insurance. A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off the beds and furniture, and clean up after them, including in the shared backyard. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
