Park on North 16th Street facing the privacy fence. Open the gate to the backyard of the property. We use a smart lock for convenience — your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

We set up Apartment B so your Pensacola stay feels easy, whether you're here for a beach weekend, a Bay Center event, a work trip, or a getaway with your dog. You'll head up the stairs to your own private apartment on a single level, with a private entrance. Inside you'll find a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for meals, and air conditioning and heating to keep you cozy in any season. Self check-in means you can arrive on your own schedule, and we're only a message away if you need anything.

When you're ready to head out, you're about 4 minutes from the Pensacola Bay Center, 5 minutes from downtown Pensacola, 6 minutes from Blue Wahoos Stadium, and 11 minutes from Pensacola Beach.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Bedroom: 1 private bedroom with a King bed and fresh bed linens. The room has no window, so it's wonderfully dark for sleeping in.
• Extra guests: 1 Queen air mattress is available, so the apartment sleeps up to 4.
• Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for a long soak after a beach day.

KITCHEN & DINING
You can cook whatever you like in our fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances: a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. We provide dishes and silverware, cooking basics, a coffee maker, and coffee so your first morning starts easily. We've even set out wine glasses for a relaxed dinner at home at the dining table.

OUTDOORS
Your dog will love the fenced backyard, and you'll enjoy the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, and fire pit with seating for evenings under the sky. The yard is shared with the other apartments at this address, so we kindly ask that you pick up after your pet to keep it clean and welcoming for everyone. Pets are welcome, and we're glad to have them along.

LAUNDRY
A shared washer and dryer sits on the enclosed sun porch (shared with Apartment C). Just walk under the stairs and enter through the door on the left, so laundry is easy on a longer stay.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
Apartment B is the apartment up the stairs to the left, in a multi-unit property. Other guests may be staying in the neighboring apartments, but your apartment is private and no other guest will be staying inside it. The fenced backyard is shared by all the apartments at this address. Some areas of the apartment have lower ceiling heights, so taller guests should use caution moving through it. The bedroom does not have a window.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 4 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Please be considerate of the other guests using the shared backyard and shared laundry
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & TRASH
Pull off the road and park in front of the privacy fence along North 16th Street, then enter through the gate to the backyard. The trash cans are on North 16th Street, underneath the tree near the parking area. Bag your trash and drop it in.

SHARED LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are on the enclosed sun porch, shared with Apartment C. To reach the sun porch, walk under the stairs and enter through the door on the left.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome. Dogs must be 60 lb or under, and some breeds are restricted for insurance. A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off the beds and furniture, and clean up after them, including in the shared backyard. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
