    Des tons chauds et un matelas en mousse à mémoire de taille king font de la chambre principale un havre de détente propice à la lecture d'un film en fin de soirée sur le téléviseur à écran plat! avec une entrée privée à la salle de bain principale avec un rideau de douche Tommy Bahama ajoute à la sensation relaxante de la chambre principale dans la salle de bain principale.
    Salle de bain d'hôtes dans l'unité dispose d'une douche à l'italienne ainsi que des étagères pour le stockage supplémentaire

Nice condo. My only complaint was the AC was locked at 74 and it didn't really seem that comfortable especially at night.

Family vacation

We love these condos and the wife and I have stayed in many of them. 410 is a very nice and comfortable unit completely renovated and is now our favorite. I do have only one issue and that is with the bed matress and for someone with back issues this matress made it very uncomfortable to sleep. When you first get in it is nice but after a few minutes you sink into a hole....and I'm not that big. Overall great though.

Weird visit but turned out good

Brooks n Shorey took care of us as we relocated to a unit we had rented 1 year earlier. All was great for our visit. Pelican Isle has a problem with their elevators. Only 1 working and it malfunctioned part of 1 day and then as we were leaving to go home my son in law was stuck for awhile at 5:45 am. Only emergency # was 911 so reluctantly called n they came out. we walked up and down 3 flights of stairs to load our car. Pelican Isle HMO needs to get both elevators up and running safely. Only 1 worked in Jan when we were there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was amazing. Ro om not so much. First thing the air was broken so we had to wait for that to get fixed. The leather couch was hard as a rock and peeling and an eye sore. The recliner was broken and made for some who is under 5’. Living room furniture def needs to be upgraded and more than just a straight back chair or broken chairs. The TVs in the bunk beds did not work.The TV in the bedroom only worked if you signed into your personal accounts. Needs more blankets for the room. There wasn’t any for the pull out couch.

Excellent Vacation Stay

Everything was excellent with the exception of the cleanliness of the shower. There was still remnants of the complimentary soap in the soap holder in the shower like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Everything else was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again.
