This was a beautiful condo, the view was amazing.There were cute little shops across the street, and a cute restaurant with great food.No wait on the elevator (as others mentioned).The sunsets we’re so lovely in the evening.

Very nice condo with excellent views

This is a very nice 16th floor condo with excellent views. It's very open with 3 nice bedrooms and baths. Overall it was very clean. Easy checkin/checkout. Just to be honest these are my dislikes. I would definitely rate this a 5 star if it had a new washer and dryer. Both of these items are in poor condition and don't work very well. The washer is super loud and the dryer takes 2-3 hours to dry a few towels or a small pad of clothes. Also the dryer has several areas of rust on the inside. That's basically the only complaint about the room. The other 2 items are the building itself. As with most all condos the parking is horrible and inconvenient and the elevator situation is the same. Morning and evening there's always a long wait. We loved the condo and would definitely stay again, hopefully next time there will be a new washer and dryer.

Beautiful condo and great location!

Huge corner condo perfect for a larger family. Stunning views from the 16th floor. Not nearly as busy beaches as some of the others on the strip just miles down the road. Fantastic restaurant just across the street. Grocery is near by. And you’re only 45 min from Pensacola Beach for the Aviation Museum. Definitely a must see when you’re here! Will keep an eye for this condo again on our next visit.

Snowball Derby Race Weekend

Beautiful view

Would stay again. Beautiful view, but need to be more clear about parking and more elevators. We didn’t like that we had park our extra car on the other side of town. Wait in line for a good minute to get in the elevator. Other than that it was a good vacation.

Labor Day Get Away

Property was nice and condo well stocked. Beautiful views of beach and sunsets. Parking was no issue. We had a problem with the ice maker not working. Contacted Vacasa via text regarding ice maker but no one came out.

Short getaway

Condo was great. Parking not so great, which was to be expected with construction but it didn’t help that worker and Vacasa vehicles were parked in the guest parking even with empty construction spots open. We were afraid to leave for long because people were having to circle like vultures hoping someone would leave so they would get a spot. Couldn’t really enjoy what the area had to offer, but we were told in advance of the problem. Would maybe consider again.

Great for our family

Beautiful condo with very nice layout for four adults, a toddler and one year old. Gorgeous views from the balconies, although furniture on the street/bayside deck would be a nice addition. The beach set up was very nice to have.

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be back! The condo was so spacious and so nice with an excellent balcony. We had plenty of room for my myself, my husband and our toddler, as well as my parents and my sister and brother in law. Cannot recommend enough!

Wonderful place, limited beach space

The condo was wonderful and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. It was stocked with a larger supply than most condos with things to get started (soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc) Our only complaint was the very limited beach area for the condo because the beach service sets ups so many chairs and umbrellas. We set our stuff up early and they moved it.

Best customer service

The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing. My daughter and teen grandsons came with me and we couldn't think of anything we would change. We had very minor issues a coffee pot had a chip out of spout, came away from customer service desk with a new coffee maker. Also reported the smoke detector was beeping for a new battery and as soon as I got back to my unit there was a knock on the door to replace all batteries. Very responsive customer service.

Room with a View (1606)

We throughly enjoyed our vacation. The check in process was seamless and contactless….actually, the easiest we’ve experienced at this property. The condo (1606) is very spacious and has an outstanding view of the ocean. We loved sitting out and watching the dolphins and listening to the waves crash onto the shore. The table and chairs on the balcony are very nice! The condo itself is mostly up to date and clean (except for the floors - the babies hands and knees were black from crawling on the floor, as well as the adults’ feet. We never did figure out why it was happening because you couldn’t see anything black in the floor. There were some cosmetic issues like the trim off the wall as you walked in and some minor scuffs on the walls (not too bad). The trim was removed and placed with the washer/dryer. It didn’t bother us, but may others. There wasn’t a broom in the condo, but maintenance came to check light bulbs and notified housekeeping to bring one. They did immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with most essentials (absent a cutting board). The local grocery store is only a few miles away and there’s a few places to eat and shop just right across the street. The beach services (two chairs and an umbrella) were set up each morning which was very convenient and nice. There’s only two elevators for this property so on peak days (weekend days, especially Saturday) and at peak times, the wait was long. Parking was much better this time than the last time we stayed here (there is an overflow lot across the street). There’s access codes for the overflow parking, the building (after hours access) and the room. They are all different. It would have been nice to have the same code for all three. Overall, this is a great condo which we will for sure rent again and again.

Great Long Weekend Getaway

Fantastic unit with a wonderful balcony view. There isn't a ton of room on the beach directly in front of the tower, but its a short walk to wide open beach space. Elevators are fast and there are a couple of great restaurants right across the street. I would absolutely come back to this spot!

Amazing stay at Palacio
