New 3BR | Fire Pit | Near NAS, Beaches & Boat Ramp

Living: Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, deep sectional seating, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The living room, dining, and kitchen share one open space, so the group stays together.

Kitchen: Stainless appliances, dishwasher, quartz island with seating for four, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and everything needed to cook real meals.

Workspace: A dedicated desk and chair off the kitchen with Wi-Fi — built for TDY, training, and remote-work days.

Bedrooms (3 queen beds, sleeps 6): Primary with en suite bath and TV and its own door to the backyard; second and third bedroom with a queen bed and nightstands. Room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage throughout.

Bathrooms (2): One en suite, one off the hallway. Both stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Outdoors: Covered front porch, fully fenced backyard, fire pit with Adirondack seating, and beach gear (towels, umbrella, cool, and chairs) to take to the Gulf.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room, plus an iron and ironing board.

Parking: Covered carport and driveway — free, on site. Enough space to fit a boat.


Everything is available to the guest beyond one locked closet off of the driveway.

The host will respond to any messages as soon as possible

• Maximum 6 guests.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• No pets. Service animals are welcome.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
