  • Grand Caribbean 417W is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo on the 4th floor of Grand Caribbean West in Perdido Key. With 697 square feet of living space, it accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a private balcony with partial Gulf views and convenient beach access just across the street.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The living and dining area features comfortable seating and cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. A private balcony provides outdoor space with partial Gulf views.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed, while hallway twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide additional sleeping space. The condo has one full bathroom.

    Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Had a couple minor issues getting into the condo and with the wifi but it was quickly resolved by the host. Would definitely stay here again.

We like the location because it’s between our favorite parks and restaurants. There are several parks to hike in close the condo.

Great location and property. The only issue was the beach access was constrained by the adjacent properties, making access a bit too small. However the gates came down the night of the 4th of July and the fireworks on the beach were awesome

Condo was prettier and looked larger in the pictures than in person. The couch was worn and the appliances and washer and dryer are old. The condo had a weird odor when we first arrived and it took a couple days to get rid of the smell. The refrigerator smelled really bad and wasn’t very clean. Overall it was just an okay place to stay but very expensive for what we got.

Good Location

Good location for direct access to National Seashore, which is less crowded. The light bleed from the walkway lights was rough, so some thicker curtains wouldn't go amiss. Otherwise, we enjoyed it.

Ideal location very close to Johnson Beach National Park, which we went to daily. Walk to public access beach but very narrow strip where you can set up on top of others accessing the public access area. Neighboring condos roped off their section of the beach and would have people watching and guarding. Pool was great. Perfect size for my husband, teen daughter and me to spend a few days away. Walk to breakfast (Rolling Pin), lunch (Deep Blue food truck) and dinner (The Jellyfish).

Overall nice

Nice condo close to the beach. The condo itself was as pictured and had all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool, and there were showers nearby to rinse off the sand. Although the walk to the beach was short, there was only about 30 feet of public beach sandwiched between 2 private beaches. One of the properties even had a cop sitting out there. Another minor inconvenience was the gate. It took 3 or 4 tries with the code before it would finally open. Also, I wish we didn’t have to go to the realty building to check in and out. All in all, this place was nice and we would stay here again.

Great condo, not so great guests

We were super impressed with the condo which was clean and fully stocked with everything and anything a person could imagine to use for their vacation. Unit was in walking distance of the beach and we could watch the water sitting outside on our deck. Seems this building attracts a lower class / clientele of people. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony the majority of the time because of all of the marijuana smoking. There were very large groups of people in the pool playing loud music and not watching their children. If the people in the building could actually behave, it would have been amazing.
