Relax enjoy the community pool ( pool not heated) and hot tub. Just four short blocks from the Gulf Of Mexico and steps to the Santa Rosa Sound beach area. Guest can enjoy the community pool and hot tub located inside this quaint Navarre Beach gated community
of “By The Sea”

Our 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Bathroom private home has an open floor plan with large kitchen, living and dining area. Natural light fills the home with large wrap around windows and beautiful high ceilings. Furnishings include large teal leather sofa enough room for the whole entire family to enjoy movie night on the large flat screen tv, wireless internet.

First floor features beautiful wood flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make that special dinner. Large balconies provide spacious areas with relaxing seating for your enjoyment. King Guest bedroom, half bath.

Second floor offers a King Master Suite with adjoining bathroom with large tile walk in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, Queen Guest bedroom, Hall bathroom with single vanity granite counter tops, tub/shower combo.

Sleeps 6 Adults, 4 Children (12 and under). Ideal for families which features kid-friendly amenities, including an adorable bunk room with two sets single-over-single bunks, flat screen tv perfect for sleep over fun. Traveling with an infant, no worries. Home comes with pack-n-play.
All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.

Take a relaxing walk or ride your bikes on the beach path to explore the beach.
Many amenities included with this home, bikes, helmets, beach wagon, beach toys, gas grill, beach coolers, beach towels.

2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit. 4 seater Golf Carts available for rent. Pac n Play available upon request.

Great Location

The house is located in a gated neighborhood and is a short walk from the Bayside beach. We had two families with four younger children and they enjoyed using the beach toys that were in the garage. The weather at Navarre Beach was windy most days so we would go to the Bayside beach and it was great. The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fun trip overall and would stay here again!

New Year Visit with Navarre Friends

Another great new year welcome in Navarre! Great place for groups with smaller children (13 & under). Main living area and porch are great for hanging out together! We rented a golf cart and they have everything necessary for activities/exercise while getting some relaxing time away. The beach was great and weather was nice! Bring a jacket and pants cause it's chilly in the morning and evening. We did some polar plunging followed by soaking in the hot tub. Went to Joe Patti (Pensacola) for seafood boil requirements and had an awesome New Year's celebration!

Summer vacay

Property was just as described in listing! The home was perfect for our family of 9. Living area and kitchen seated all of us comfortably. Outdoor space was great as well. The beach chairs, toys and beach wagon were great to borrow. We also loved having the bikes to ride in the neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach! We hope to be back again!

The property. was beautiful and clean and very child friendly. Enough decore to not be stark, yet decore was easy to keep safe from Toddlers. We loved the porches, the well equipped kitchen, and the gathering area. The stuffed sea creatures in the bunk room were a big hit with the 5 and under crowd.

Wonderful weekend stay!

We were so happy to find this property! It was perfect for our family. My sister and I went with our husbands and children (8 people total). The house had everything we needed including some great board games. The kids LOVED the bunk room!! You could tell the owner put alot of thought in to it. We rented a golf cart which made trips to the beach a breeze (even though we could have walked easily). Another great aspect of this property is that you have access to a small bay beach as well with calmer water. Lastly, it’s almost across the street from the neighborhood pool. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Spring break getaway

We loved the location of the property. The pool and hot tub were very close to the home. It was a very short walk to the end of the street to go the beach at the sound. We enjoyed renting golf carts part of the week to ride down to restaurants or take to the beach across the street for easier parking. There were plenty of beach and bath towels to use. The girls loved the variety of beach hats. The wagon was a nice addition to haul stuff to the beach when we walked there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to cook. There was a charcoal grill. The game closet was fully stocked. Maintenance responded in a very timely manner when we needed them.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this rental went beyond our expectations. The rental process was smooth with great communication. Great for families

Great getaway for our family, kids ages 7-14. We traveled from the Midwest for some spring break fun and warmer weather. We loved the close proximity to two beach areas as well as the community pool. There were plenty of fun outdoor activities, bikes, and board games to appeal to all ages. The home was well stocked to prepare meals but also a short drive to local restaurants.

Fabulous family vacation home

Latitude Adjustment is a great beach vacation rental. It is nicely stocked with kitchenware, linens/towels (including an abundance of beach towels), games to play and water toys for all ages. Furniture/bedding is top notch. Had a small grill issue and it was handled immediately- property management team is responsive and friendly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great location / super clean / highly recommend

We stayed Monday through Friday. The patios were great during the rainy parts of the day. There were lots of extras in the storage room for beach time. Located close enough to go to surrounding towns/beaches. The beach next to the property was quiet and beautiful. Pool was super clean.
