We've made it easy for you and your pets to settle in. One bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and room for 4 with a queen air mattress on request.

Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes. Walk up to the front porch and this apartment has an electronic lock on the front door. The access code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Make yourself at home in our charming East Hill cottage apartment. We set it up so a Pensacola trip feels easy: spend the morning at Pensacola Beach (about 11 minutes by car), be downtown in about 5 minutes for dinner, then come back to a bright, comfortable living room with a Smart TV where you can put your feet up. Apartment A is the one up the stairs from the front porch, and it has its own private entrance, so the space inside is yours alone. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable, and an in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light or rinse off sandy beach gear. Your dogs or cats are welcome to come along, and we're only a message away if you need anything.

KITCHEN & DINING
Our fully equipped kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals. You'll find a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. We keep coffee and a coffee maker ready, so your first morning starts easily. The dining table is right there for meals, and it doubles as a spot to open your laptop if you're working remotely. There's a dedicated workspace too.

OUTDOORS
The fenced backyard is where your pets can safely play. It's shared with the other apartments at this address, so we ask that you share it kindly. When the day winds down, fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout after the beach, light the fire pit, and settle into the outdoor furniture. There's an outdoor dining area and a patio for slow evenings and lingering meals.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
Apartment A is the apartment up the stairs on the front porch at this address. Other guests may be staying in the other apartments at this address, but your apartment is private and no other guest will be staying inside it. The fenced backyard is shared by all the apartments at this address.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 4 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Please be considerate of the other guests using the shared backyard
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & TRASH
Park in the driveway on the left side of the home, just to the left of the front porch. The trash cans are on North 16th Street, underneath the tree near the parking area. Bag your trash and drop it in.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome. Dogs must be 60 lb or under, and some breeds are restricted for insurance. A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off the beds and furniture, and clean up after them, including in the shared backyard. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
