This recently updated, gorgeous family home in convenient East Hill is being offered for rent for the first time! This home has been meticulously cared for and recently underwent a complete overhaul remodel. Every inch of the home's interior has been modernized and updated. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this gorgeous piece of property in the most desirable neighborhood in Pensacola.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk in is the gorgeous brand new kitchen. The fully renovated kitchen is truly the center of the home as it opens up to the main living room and dining area. It is fully equipped with all of the amenities of home and then some. There are brand new cabinets with granite counters. High end stainless steel appliances have been added including an ice maker and wine fridge! There is also a double oven, under counter lighting, coffee bar, huge island, and bar seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is a huge laundry room with more cabinet storage and a full size washer and dryer.

Next to the kitchen are two separate living areas. One is equipped with a recliner, reclining couches, and a mounted smart TV. The other has a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a card table for family game night. The primary suite features a comfortable king bed, mounted smart TV, and an en suite. There are two more bedrooms with queen beds and one has an additional twin bunk bed. One with an en suite and the other is close to the full hall bathroom. You will love all the space in this historic home with over 2500 square feet.

Out back is a cozy screen porch that overlooks the backyard. Grill out on the charcoal grill while the kids play in the huge yard. The front porch is perfect for enjoying the weather from the rocking chairs. There is off street parking for 3 vehicles and extra street parking available. Across the street is a lovely neighborhood park complete with basketball courts, playgrounds, exercise equipment, walking path, and swing sets. The family will love all the park has to offer!

It's hard to describe how clean, new, big, lovely and perfect this house is for a family vacation! First we couldn't believe the SPACE! It's huge and was great for us who had a grandmother with a walker... it was so easy for her to get around in the wide open spaces and big hallways. The house is basically brand new and the renovation is tight. It is just so nice. I loved how tidy and clutter-free the home was. It literally had everything we could need and more. We were especially surprised to find one master had an adjustable mattress which was again just so nice for our grandma. Amazing home, amazing yard, the neighborhood is gorgeous. I don't think we'll stay anywhere else when we come to Pensacola!

The house in the neighborhood are beautiful. It was very clean and in a very safe area. My sister and I were able to go for walks at night without fear.The house included everything that we needed. There’s plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable and clean. There are plenty of towels.The neighborhood had an Internet outage when we were there. They text us letting us know that they were aware of the issue and came over and installed a Verizon hotspot for us to use for the time being that worked great. Everyone was very attentive and friendly.

The home has been beautifully renovated! We were very comfortable and all included supplies, sheets, towels, etc were top notch. It is a lovely neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. I would definitely recommend this home!
