This 1,900 square foot, privately owned vacation home sleeps up to eight people. Gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Perdido Key await you from every window and from the private gulf front terrace. The home has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, with a well appointed kitchen and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. While there are many things to appreciate about this vacation home, past guests rave about our 300 square foot terrace! With panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf Coast and plenty of seating, it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sip your favorite cocktail. The sounds of the surf and the cool coastal breeze deliver the ultimate in relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views or enjoy a meal with the whole family in the dining area, which seats 8. The comfortably furnished living room offers an 82 inch Smart TV with a sound bar and Wi Fi. Your favorite video streaming apps are installed for your viewing pleasure. After a long day on the beach, there is plenty of seating for everyone to sit and relax together. Each bedroom has a 55 inch Smart TV. Bedroom doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, large walk in closet, and direct access to the terrace. The en suite master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious walk in shower. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway or the bedroom. The third bedroom offers a king sized bed and a full closet. As a guest of this unit, you will have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon, an umbrella, and much more. Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of three towers. Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code. With only 4 condos per floor, you are guaranteed privacy and seclusion. The resort offers two outdoor seasonally heated pools and one indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball lines, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach.
