Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. No bad smells. Everything needed to have a good time was there, from beach chairs to sand toys. Grest views of the entire pool area and beach. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo for our family of 4! Owner was incredible to work with and very responsive to any questions we had along the way! Waterscape is always a favorite of ours to stay and would definitely book through her again!

The best week!

We had a great week! we brought our children's (3 & 1) for there first family beach trip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to entertain them inside and at the beach. It was convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything was nice and comfortable in the condo and the facility was fantastic for hosting a family with kids given the amenities onsite and nearby as well as the beach being right there. Other than some very minor wear and tear from being a rental condo this place was in really good condition and met our needs.

Great Family Vacation!

We had the best time at Waterscape! There was so much to do and the condo was fully furnished for any cooking/grilling that we did as well. A beach cart, toys, wave board were all provided in the condo, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Super easy to check in and to reserve chairs/umbrella at the beach each day. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was in perfect location to everything we needed. We came down to spend time with grandchildren that live in the area. It was perfect for all of us. The kids had a great time. Boy 16years old and girl 10 years old. It was clean and the perfect size.

Nice property

This place was a very nice condo to enjoy our mini family vacation! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. 2 elevators were down, which did make for very long waits, but we mostly took the stairs. Close to the Ft. Walton airport, and nearby good food options. The partial ocean view was definitely enough to see some sand and plenty of ocean!

Communication with property owner was excellent. Flexible on early check in was a bonus. Unit had great view of all pools on property and ocean. Could stand to use a good deep clean. Baseboards, hvac returns, cabinets, baths, dishware, etc. Great place for families. Overall was pleased and would definitely stay again.

Great Condo and Location!

The condo is extremely clean and has a great view of the pools and the ocean. Our boys stayed busy the whole time whether is was at the pools or on the beach. The location seemed to be close to everything. Stephanie was great and very responsive with questions. She also gave great recommendations for local restaurants/foods. We tried most and loved them all. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The property owner was quickly responsive and helpful from the time of booking, until the stay. They had tons of extra beach items that is helpful with little kids. Beach wagon, tons of beach toys, extra chairs, umbrella, etc. The location of the property was perfect with a great beach view, but centered between all of the pools. A little challenging at first to figure parking out, but once we did, it was a breeze to get down to the parking garage.

Great for families

Location was great and all the pools/baby pools/lazy river/heated pool were great to have this week. Our condo could have been much cleaner. We were given the wrong color of pool wristbands and security notified us. There was a restroom close to the pool that was out of service all week. The condo layout was perfect for us. The closet was loaded with all the extras that made the beach even more enjoyable!

Wonderful family vacation spot

This was the perfect vacation condo for me, my husband and our 4 kids (5,6,9,12). We have vacationed in Destin our whole lives, usually staying in big houses with more family but this time we just went with us 6 and found this perfect spot!!! Awesome pool, very spacious condo and nice size rooms, the bathroom sizes and showers/tubs were huge and awesome to have when coming from the pool/beach we could all shower up and not wait on one another! Beds were extremely comfy. Perfect view of the ocean and pool, very nice outdoor dining set on the patio with layout chairs. And very nice indoor dining table. Living room fit us perfect, tvs in all rooms with cable was nice! Quick 2 minutes to walk from the condo to beach. Loved that this condo came with umbrella and chairs pre set up on the beach. Stephanie texted details about our upcoming stay ahead of the trip and we got in the condo an hour or so early kids loved the lazy river, waterfall, and they had hair braiding and Moana movie playing one evening at the pool! Nice food hut by pool. Very fun place, overall a wonderful condo and host! Will book again

Great vacation here!

The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. The communication with the owner and the housekeeper was THE BEST! My brother and his wife joined us for 2 days and they provided 2 extra arms bands VERY quickly. I would definitely stay here again!
