While we still only allow 6 persons, this side room makes for a great way for some members of your group to go to sleep, yet still allow others in the living room to stay up and not give up that sofa. The sleeper sofa added for this room is a luxurious Natuzzi leather queen sleeper sofa with fabric straps (not hard bars) and a ultra luxury mattress. Although this side room does not have an entry door, it is a great way to get some of the advantages of a 3 BR condo, without actually renting a 3 BR condo.
