The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional bathroom can be found in the hallway. Equipped with a full-sized kitchen, open living room, and wrap around balcony, you can enjoy the unbeatable sound and partial gulf views from the common space of the living area! Tristan Towers is a 16 story complex with 90 condos on the sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts gulf views in some units as well! It is located on one of the most narrow parts of Santa Rosa Island, so the beach and the sound are so close that there is water all around. You will love the Olympic sized swimming pool, a sundeck, lighted tennis courts, the fishing pier and the gated entry. Families will love the grills with picnic tables by the sound and there are boat slips as well. In addition, to all of that, the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.
