Belle à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Cette maison a une vue imprenable et est très proche du golfe! 6 chambres qui ont 1 suite King, 3 chambres avec lits queen, 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux sur lits superposés complets, 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux sur lits superposés complets et un lit superposé sur lits jumeaux avec lit gigogne et un canapé-lit avec un matelas queen. 1 des chambres Queen est en bas et nécessite une entrée extérieure et est très privée mais a sa propre salle de bain complète dédiée (voir photos). L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée COMPREND UN FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRE, alors allez-y. Son 175 $ par nuit supplémentaire. Cependant, je ne loue pas l'espace du rez-de-chaussée à différents groupes pendant que vous y êtes, donc la propriété sera complètement privée. A l'étage 17 couchages (5 chambres). En bas, 2 couchages (1 chambre). Total de 19 LORSQUE L'ESCALIER EST ACHETÉ. Comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et comptoirs de tuiles dans les salles de bains avec réfrigérateur à vin et lave-vaisselle. Entièrement approvisionné avec tous les couverts, assiettes, tasses, verres, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles et appareils électroménagers pour cuisiner n'importe quel repas de votre choix pour votre famille et vos invités. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain fournis (pas les serviettes de plage) donc pas besoin d'apporter le vôtre. Laveuse et sécheuse meublées. A toutes les commodités électroniques, y compris WIFI, Xbox One, téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre et salon, stéréo haute définition et Blue-ray. Grand parking et grand arrière clôturé dans cour très privée. À deux pas de la plage et un endroit parfait pour votre famille! La piscine mesure 12X25 pieds de long! No shaded space outdoors to watch the kids swim and plants with stickers were covering the outdoor areas. Kids were in hysterics getting stuck constantly. All the rooms are off the living space which made it hard for the adults to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location

We had a house full of family that had a wonderful time. The house is very reasonable considering how many people can stay and its close proximity to the beach. We had 19 people from ages 1-79, and the air conditioner and hot water tank kept up with us. Having the pool, the back deck, and the downstairs bedroom allowed us to spread out. We were disappointed at first because the picnic tables pictured on the back deck were gone because we planned to use them with such a large group. The host was quick to respond and had new picnic tables delivered which we enjoyed. We had two easy access points to the beach which was never crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location for what we wanted. Some of the linens looked old and could have been fresher, but other than that we all had a good stay. The house is older and not much insulation in the walls. We had babies in the house so be ready to hear through the walls into the other rooms.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! We went with 10 adults and 4 kids. This property had ample room, high ceilings, large kitchen and always hot water for showers and laundry. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. The communication with the property host was unbelievably responsive when I had questions. I know we will be back!

An amazing beach house vacation

There is truly nothing negative I can say about this beach house or our week vacation there! My entire family had a blast from the moment we walked in. The home comfortably held all of us and we are a big family!! Dan the homeowner was quick to respond to any questions we had or fix any repairs. The private pool and outside shower was the icing on the cake!! I recommend this home 100%

Beach Week

We had a very nice time with family. The water was great. The house leaves a few things to be desired but for the price it is a very good deal. We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 14 to 20 months. We had the apartment as well as the house. It was a full house. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs but only 2 bathrooms which is a little bit inconvenient, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the week. It is an easy walk to the beach.

The condo was not clean!

We stayed for the weekend, the day we arrived we realized the air was not working. We had no AC until 12pm the next day. The condo was dirty, there was rat poop in the cabinets and dust everywhere. The bathtub in the side of the house wouldn't drain. Was not worth the price we paid!

This is a steal for the price! We spent a week here, and it definitely had everything we needed. There were a few things I had questioned and the host was amazing at responding and fixing any issues( the kids didn’t rinse off before getting in the pool so it became cloudy) he was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip! The only thing that I could possibly say and it would be more of a suggestion than anything, maybe hang some string lights outside while you are getting the lights fixed. That way guests could utilize the outside at night more! Again that’s just a suggestion! Our stay was amazing!

Would not recommend. It’s listed as old - and we don’t mind old, quaint and cared-for. This place was janky - unkempt. The owner doesn’t check on the conditions of the place - we walked into a house with dusty surfaces, crawfish tails under the cushions, and the laundry door coming off hinges, which was dangerous.When we arrived, we had to do housekeeping - vacuum the sandy living space, empty the dishwasher from the previous stay, and go to the store multiple times because there were no bathroom amenities. The hand soap was empty. The owner says he is a "traveling owner" which means he doesn’t check if housekeeping has cleaned sufficiently or provided enough linens - we didn’t have enough linens for all the beds. We were given lumpy, stained pillows.He didn’t communicate how bare the place is - if we had known there were no basic supplies, we would have gotten them. Actually, we might not have booked this place.We used the place for a family reunion. Considering the cost of a week’s stay, you think he could put hand soap and extra toilet paper in the bathroom. When we requested additional basics, he told us to go to the store. The location was fine - because we are one block from the beach, but the experience was subpar. If you want to have a comfortable vacation, don’t book this place - you’ll have to work to make yourself comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean inside and was equipped as described. We really appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs in the outside shower for our use. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Except for getting the door code to us a little late, Dan was very responsive to our needs from the first email to the quickly refunded security deposit. Our extended family of 17 fit quite comfortably, although we did have to call for more towels towels (which were promptly delivered the next morning). The yard however had cigarette butts, beer cans, and trash, and the pool could have been cleaner. Some suggestions to make it even better are: 1) Put shades or blinds on the windows in the master bedroom. 2) Put solid doors on the two bedrooms that have opaque glass panels in the doors for privacy and keeping out the light and noise from the living area. 3) Thoroughly clean the a/c unit downstairs.

There were 3 families that stayed at the house for a week while in town for dance nationals. There were 6 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 11-16 y.o. The house gave us plenty of room so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Overall we really enjoyed the property.Pros:Great location to the beach.Outdoor shower is a plus.Lots of indoor space.Extra bath towels for a group.The pool was warm and clean.Grill worked great.Made smores on the fire pit (See below about yard)Owner was quick to respond with questions.The location to the beach is great! It's a straight shot to the beach only a block and a half away.Cons:Be prepared to bring everything you might need for the week. Pots and pans are extremely limited. There was only 1 extra trash bag left and 1 roll of toilet paper. No paper towels; no condiments (including salt/pepper); no coffee filters. We had to purchase all the extras.The pool itself is great but the yard surrounding it is not. It is an unkept sand lot with a lot of sand spurs. Make sure you wear shoes and check your towels.The master bedroom has uncovered windows which can make it really bright in the morning.There are only 2 bathrooms upstairs; one is inside the master bedroom so we had to leave the door open to our bedroom so others in the house could use our bathroom.Keep in mind this is an older house with just the basics. If you're looking for space, and not fanciness, then this is your place!

shouldn’t be your first choice!!

The place was clean(totally doesn’t look like the pictures) place is smaller than it looks like, neighborhood is great and near the beach, overall I would not recommend to book with this property manager “Dan” his online accuracy is not what he says. It’s not correctly placed. TV fell off the wall while the kids were sleeping since it was not placed on the wood. Tried charging for cleaning while you already pay for cleaning service when booking. It says 6 bedrooms had to pay the “separate one” at the bottom since when booking it “I didn’t pay for it” which it doesn’t give you the option on there to put it on or off, so i payed everything in full thinking it was already payed for. Apparently not though i had to pay him through ZELLE for the 6th room they day i got there and he gave me the pin till the next day. If there’s more options, this wouldn’t be my first again.
