The location of this condo is very good, it is walking distance to the beach which is super nice! As a side note, you do have to drive or take the trolley to get to the boardwalk where there are multiple options for restaurants/shopping. Peg Leg Pete's is the only restaurant option that is close walking distance.
As far as the condo itself, it can use some TLC. Most things are easily fixable.
We were only given 6 bath towels, 1 kitchen towel, and 2 kitchen washcloths for our 6 day stay. This unit sleeps 6 people, so I would think we would be given at least 2 towels per person for our stay. In addition, we were only given 4 trash bags (2 per trash can). Maybe this is typical, but I would think they would have a box of trash bags available for use for this long of a stay.
In the upstairs bedrooms, one bedroom door will not unlock and the other one will not lock - which was a little concerning for me.
I would also recommend they put pillowcase protectors on their pillows as the actual pillows are a little dingy.
I know this is not a hotel, but my expectation at any vacation rental is that it is clean & safe.
Overall, our stay was very good - with a few little tweaks, this place is great! I hope this review helps the management staff make a few changes.
