Booking Details:
* Pool Heat Option: $80/day (must be heated for entire stay)
Pool Heat Policy
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
*Event Fee: $1,200 (weddings, reunions, etc. – must be approved in advance)
* Elevator Access: $150 fee (waived for mobility-impaired guests; 27.5" clearance)
* Pet Policy: Up to 1 non-shedding dog- 30lb weight limit-with approval, $200 per pet
* Check-In: 5:00 PM (early check-in not available during peak season without prior approval)
* Damage Waiver: Included – covers up to $2,000 in accidental damages
