Blue Angel Show on July 18th (you will have access/parking before the show at 2PM) The turning buoy for the show is usually placed in the water directly in front of the walkover! Best view possible!

The elevated house, with all rooms on one level includes an elevator. The dining room table will seat 12, counter bar 6, and the breakfast room seats 5. The kitchen is well equipped with double Viking ovens, a brand-new Viking 6 burner stove top, brand new refrigerator, and a stand-alone ice maker. The second refrigerator and freezer is located in the recreational room downstairs. The house is furnished with high end furniture and decorations. Garage will accommodate 2 large or 3 small cars inside and 3-4 cars outside; garage door opener provided. The downstairs enclosed area includes, garage, inside stairs, elevator door, rustic den, with ping pong table, seating, extra sand toys and beach/deck furniture.
