Located on the 16th floor of the Tower building, this spectacular 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo will surely delight the most discerning vacationer. Seasonal Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals. The master suite provides a king bed, direct balcony access, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The opulent ensuite bath features granite and tile throughout, an oversized glass shower, jetted tub and dual vanities.

The second suite has a queen bed and private full bath.

The “kids suite” has two twin size bunk beds and a private full bath.

The living room includes a queen sized sleeper sofa bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8!

All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs with video streaming all at the touch of a button.

Needs repairs and update

The property was wonderful and the grounds were pristine. The recliner on the couch was broken, the chair was just worn out and there was no non-stick fry pan for scrambled eggs and the like. Owner really needs to do an update.

Never fully got the cable to work called multiple times and they were only able to get one tv working we had multiple kids in there with us so we needed tv for them. Tub in mater bathroom wouldn’t hold water the door know on master bedroom almost fell off. The outside grill was dirty and almost caught fire. There are hardly any linens in the condo you have to constantly wash them. My family and I will not be returning to Beach Club. Regency towers is half the price with bigger better rooms and a lot better customer service and not to mention they have WORKING TV!!!!!

Don’t let the door hit ya on the way out

The property was nice, but the door code to the condo changed on the morning of checkout before checkout time. I was stuck outside of the unit in the cold and the property managers spent more time making up excuses rather than fixing the problem. Never doing business with this property management company again.

Great condo, awesome beach view!

Everything about the condo was great. But when I gave the management company my credit card, they immediately charged $2000, even though I had already paid vrbo the full amount. When I asked about it, they said 'it's just something their computer does.' They refunded the charge, but it took a week and they never should have charged me in the first place.

AMAZING view, perfect location

Right in the middle of everything. There's plenty to walk too, and if you come during the summer you can take the trolley to everything else. Watch the Blue Angels from here if at all possible. 18 floors up, and you're literally looking down at the planes at some points of the show. Absolutely mind blowing experience. I will be telling people about it for YEARS. Everyone in the building was as friendly as can be. People will stop and say hi, chat. It's like being a local. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and hilarious! The property was spotlessly clean, including all corridors a d the elevators. Elevators were quick. Plenty of parking. Two of the rooms are on the small side. Great for kids though. The Master is gorgeous, huge bathroom! Furniture is comfy and plenty of seating options. The condo had everything you need to cook while you're there (in terms of pots, pans etc. You will need to bring or buy foodstuffs). 10/10, my family loved our stay and hope to come again!

Perfect for Us!

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is very well supplied in terms of dishes, glasses, cooking pots/pans and kitchen gadgets, but you will want to bring additional paper towels, dish cloths & dishwasher soap as only 1 is provided. The balcony was our favorite place. Elevators were fast and not very busy during our stay. It was also nice to walk out to the beach each day with 2 beach recliners and an umbrella waiting for us. Great place for us and our adult children - would be nice for younger children/grandchildren too!

Beware!

These pictures do not reflect the current state of the condo. Upon arrival this condo was filthy. The floors looked like they had not been mopped in months, the doors in the dining area were full of mold, the rug and furniture were extremely dirty and stained, the drapes in the primary bedroom were stained and torn from the track making it impossible to close. The dining table had a glass top that was extremely wobbly to the point we were nervous to use it thinking it may break off. The quilt spread was white, very dirty and had holes. Our first night of vacation was spent buying blankets and cleaning supplies. The listing also shows a table on the balcony that is no longer there. The balcony furniture was very worn and broken. The walls and baseboards were beat up and dirty. There were patches on the walls that had never been painted. To say we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this condo is an understatement. This condo needs a serious deep cleaning and updating. To compensate for this the property manager gave us free chair rentals which we would have preferred a clean room.

Loved the security features of the property. Secured parking lot and building. Great location with wonderful restaurants nearby. The condo furniture could use cleaning. Included beach chairs and umbrellas a plus. In the general area around the pools some of the furniture shows wear and at least one has a hole in the seat cushion..

Great Location

The property is great. The couch the kitchen not up to par. Dish washer didn’t clean the dishes. The couch was uncomfortable. King size bed sloped toward the center. When you woke up you are in the center of the bed. This unit needs some work.

Girls' Getaway Vacation

The condo was large, and the patio was very large, the entire reason we booked this particular condo. There was also a grill on the patio, which is hard to find, so that was great. We did use the grill and it worked well. The kitchen was a nice size, we wish there was a K-cup type of coffee maker, because we all like different brews, but the coffee maker worked out fine. We cooked a couple of nights, and the oven and cooktop worked well. The non stick fry pans will need updating very soon, but the other cook wear was in good shape. The ice maker made ice quickly, which was wonderful for cocktails on the patio. Some little things for the kitchen that would be nice to have, when coming from a long distance, would be small salt, pepper shakers, and a small cooking oil. The beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. The washer and dryer worked well. The check in managers/persons were friendly and informative, but did not let us know about the ferry that was available on Fri, Sat and Sun, we would have liked to have enjoyed that. We loved the hours that they were available to answer questions, well into the evening. We needed a kitchen strainer for the sink, and called them our first day. We had a response from maintenance within 15mins, with a brand new strainer for the sink that same day within a couple of hours! The beach chair service was wonderful and Steven was great. We were within walking distance of shops and several great restaurants. We weren't there while the trolley is running (9/23-9/30), but we could see that it stopped right at the entry gate, which would be wonderful. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for friends!

My family and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay in this beautiful condo. We loved looking over the beach and water each morning from the spacious balcony on the 10th floor. The outdoor and indoor pools were awesome and a nice change from the beach. Everything was very clean, the property well cared for. I had exceptional service from the property managers when I locked myself out! Will return to Pensacola Beach as soon as possible.

Great stay

You can arrive early and go to the beach or pool, they give you the codes and pass for that. Only problem we had was that they forgot to send us the code for the room when it was ready. Other than that, everything was clean, the weather was great and so was the food. Peg leg Pete’s, Shaggy’s , red fish/blue fish, and native cafe. All within walking distance if you choose.

Best View on the Gulf!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. Even though we had a rainy week, what an amazing view and well appointed unit! Over the years, we’ve vacationed at many different properties on Pensacola beach but this was the best. The location is easy as is the gulf access which is key when lugging small children and all their beach accoutrements. The balcony is the shining star of the unit, spreading the entire length of the condo and outfitted with a great table for outdoor dining and comfy chairs to enjoy morning coffee while counting dolphins and enjoying the hypnotic sound of waves crashing on the shore. Thanks for creating a lovely space for memory making. We look forward to a return trip!

Great location

Perfect size for our group. Everything we needed. Location/beach/pool/hot tub were fantastic. Could definitely use a deep clean and airing out. A little update with furniture and cozier linens. Front door has taken a beating at some point. A few extra blankets would've been nice. Overall would 100% recommend.
