The breakfast bar has seating for two and a separate dining table with seating for up to six, allowing plenty of space to entertain family and friends.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony. Step out onto the balcony and you will be immersed in a beautiful view of Pensacola Beach, with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters from sunrise to sunset. The private balcony stretches wide and features lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful view.

On the main level, there are three bathrooms and three bedrooms, featuring 1 king-size bed and queen-size beds in the other two. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and full bathrooms.

Ascend the winding staircase to find the luxurious primary bedroom, filled with natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the private balcony. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and a lavish ensuite bathroom with a well-lit double vanity.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair set through Lazy Days Beach Rentals consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa. The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
