Recently fully restored, Egerton House combines original features with contemporary decor, offering spacious and luxurious accommodations for couples or families seeking a convenient base to explore Cumbria. Centrally located in the vibrant town of Penrith, it's just a short stroll from the town center, where you'll find boutique shops, pubs, restaurants, and a cinema. For those wanting to prepare their own meals, shopping for local ingredients is easy with Marks & Spencer's Food Hall, Sainsbury's, and Morrisons nearby. The leisure center, featuring a swimming pool and gym, is only 200 yards away. Known locally as the Gateway to the Lakes, the town is just a 10-minute drive from Lake Ullswater, and if you're arriving without a car, the railway station is within walking distance. This spacious four-bedroom townhouse is perfect for families on holiday together or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.
Access to the townhouse is through a tiered garden and steps leading to the entrance porch. The lounge exudes character with its original decorative archways and ceiling rose.
