Crane Cove is the quiet retreat on Keuka Lake that you have been yearning for. This 4 bedroom cottage is located on Keuka's East Bluff, tucked away in an opening in the trees on a small cove, with plenty of lakefront for enjoying all that the lake has to offer.

Crane Cove comes with a main house which includes the 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bathrooms. There is a secondary smaller cottage, The Nest, just across the yard with it's own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, making this an ideal property for a multi-generational family group.

From the driveway, you'll walk down and easy flight of gravel steps to the main entry of the home. The main living area/ dining room have a vaulted ceiling with windows overlooking the water. The dining room comfortably seats 10, flowing in to the living room with comfortable seating, tv, and a door that walks out onto the side patio with outdoor dining set.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware and has a large kitchen island with bar stools as well as a lovely window seat tucked under the windows overlooking Keuka lake.

The main floor has a bedroom, with a Queen bed, and a full bath with a walk in shower. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds, and another full bath with a tub/shower. There is a large loft area on the second floor with a Twin/trundle bed that can be used as 2 Twins or converted to a King bed. The loft space also has a Love seat and a TV

The front porch at Crane Cove is just lovely, several rocking chairs to relax in while watching the water lapping the shoreline. There is a firepit on the side yard for enjoying evening fires by the lake.

The house has a large green space tucked in around the house and sloping down to the lakefront. The secondary cottage, The Nest, is tucked behind a small fence offering a sense of privacy. There is a private dock and several kayaks, a canoe, and SUPs available for guests to use seasonally. Additionally, there is a marina right next door.

The Nest is the small secondary cottage located on the same property, on the other side of the fence, and has it's own set of stairs to the parking area. The Nest sleeps 2 more people and has a Double bed, a full bath with a shower and a full kitchen, along with a main living space containing a couch, small dining table and tv.

**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable

****DOCK USEAGE:
This home has a seasonal dock which is not available for use from October to Mid-May. Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
