« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« Room was clean and comfortable, the staff all very friendly and helpful. The menu choices for breakfast was very good and food came out hot, the continental option was also fresh. Spa facilities clean and adequate for what we wanted. Would go again. »

« Everything was very good as always. Went for a second visit to Have the fillet steak to check the new oven wasn't a fluke from the previous week but it was just as good. Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill.
