« Great view of the ocean from my room. My room fairly clean but lacked microwave and TV. The premise was in great need of improvements ( paint and clean common area) Last day we had no water. »

The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. « The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door.
