« Very nice property with a nice view of the bay. Relaxing location with comfortable furniture and the house feels much bigger than the square footage might indicate. There were a few rough edges from repairs and painting that were less than professional, but overall it is well maintained. Would recommend. »

« If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!! »

Maybe it was the beautiful character of the restored older home or the great, peaceful location near the water. We would definitely stay here again. »

The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions.
