« Nous n’avons pu séjourner le premier jour, le 15 car notre avion depuis Sacramento a été retardé durant plus de 4 heures à plusieurs reprises à cause de brouillard à San Diego. Puis vers 20h à été finalement annulé. Nous avions averti l’hôtel de notre retard puis de notre cancellation.
Nous avons été obligés de revenir à la maison, mais la nuit du 15 n’a pu être annulée. Est il possible de nous donner un crédit pour cette nuit? Merci de nous tenir informés. »
