« The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room. »

« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek...
