This is a very privately situated villa with stunning interior, wonderful elevated position with sea and mountain views, smartly designed exterior, private pool, 2 and a half bathrooms, great location, wi-fi, the list goes and on and on as Villa Stella really is a great Cyprus holiday villa. Only a few minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay resort and blue flag beach and Peyia Village centre, Villa Stella is a great new addition to the Paphos holiday rental market.
The villa has a uniquely designed exterior with decorative stone cladding as a feature and the interior is spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that eventually leads to a covered car port. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The lounge has large silver TV with Satellite, DVD, Ipod Docking station with speakers, and is accompanied by 2 large 3 seater chocolate leather sofas. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beach, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major appliances (in stainless steel colour) include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.
Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a wide and open staircase and landing.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows. The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which in itself is a prime area of the house with table and chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room and has a narrow balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a private pool with ample room for sunloungers . A covered terrace with table and chairs and Gas BBQ is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade and taking in the views. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen.
Wi-Fi and Air-Conditioning are included in the rental price. A Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided free of charge upon request

''We were really pleased with the accommodation. The locality of the property was purposely picked - based on many holidays to this area over the years and we were really pleased with it.
No recommendations - other than to say we were really pleased with all restaurants, bars beaches and the choice within Peyia village, Coral Bay and Paphos.
Met the local managers when attending to our pool cleaning. V helpful, friendly and approved our late check out time - hassle free. Accomodation was really well equipped and welcome pack hugely appreciated ''

''Villa Stella was fabulous, clean, tidy and well presented. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was provided, a lovely clean pool, comfortable furnishings, clean linen, cooking utensils, even a modern gas fired barbecue for the "outdoor chef"!
The villa is located in a nice quiet community in a small cul-de-sac with private parking and a gate to the front. It is very private and is hardly overlooked at all which is a bonus. A car is highly recommended for getting around, the location is probably a little too far to walk to Pegia if you have small kids or are a little more senior! Driving around Cyprus is fine and I have never had a problem, local motorists are quick but patient with tourists!! Pegia, Coral Bay are both 5 minutes away and Paphos is about 15 minutes away on excellent roads.
Coral Bay is a nice safe beach nearby (can get busy and hot so go early), Philipos and Lidl supermarkets are a short drive away for your essentials, Paphos harbour/castle, Aphrodites Falls,& Tomb of the Kings are all good to visit and numerous local businesses hire a variety of Quad bike hire/tours if you like to feel the wind in your hair! Amongst the huge choice of restaurants in Paphos I can recommend Poppadums Indian restaurant, Trattoria la Vigna Italian restaurant, Phidias Taverna, Phuket Thai/Asian restaurant, Chloes Chinese, there's a WEALTH of choices! Pegia has some great smaller local restaurants and there are a handful of takeaways (fish n chips, chinese, indian, pizza)
The customer service provided by Steven at LetsRentOnline is excellent, emails are always replied to and he is always helpful, polite and courteous. The local villa care team provided a great service, pool cleaned twice a week, and a welcome linen change at the end of the 1st week. A welcome pack of essentials were waiting for us on arrival to tide us over until a supermarket visit.
No suggestions required, everything we needed was provided.''

''The villa was of a very good standard. Had everything you needed. Good size swimming pool. Very quiet residential area. Suited us. Transport advisable due its location. Restaurant Othello and Seriani good food and service.
Excellent service from yourselves. The directions from airport to villa were pin point accuracy, down to the recycle bins and red chevrons. Phil/Denise were very helpful, giving local advice. We will definitely be revisiting ''

The facilities in the kitchen were first class, and a lovely new barbecue which we made full use of.
The standard of cleaning was excellent, and the local mangers were friendly and helpful
The location was great handy for shops bars and restaurants our favourites include the Grande, Elsivestas and Oniros

''we are back home in (very cool) UK. Villa was excellent, clean, tidy and with all the facilities and equipment you need for a fabulous holiday, with the fantastic pool an absolute joy in the Cypriot summer!
Location was perfect, in a quiet residential area with hardly anyone overlooking the pool area, 2 minute drive to the bars and restaurants of peyia, a car is advisable!
Great beach at Coral Bay (busy in high season but safe for swimming/watersports). Can recommend La Vigna Trattoria Italian restaurant in Coral Bay, Poppadoms Indian restaurant on Tomb of the Kings road to Paphos, Kings Ave Mall great for shopping, plenty of cultural sights depending on individual taste, get your guide book out for details!
LetsRentOnline have been 1st class throughout the booking process during a very unpredictable, pandemic affected period of time, Steven in particular has been very helpful and responds to emails and any queries very promptly. Had to change the booking times and durations several times and nothing was too much trouble, definitely the best booking agents I have dealt with in nearly 20 years of booking Apts/Villas in Cyprus.
The local villa managers were very good, the pool was maintained regularly and an excellent mid term clean and linen change was very much appreciated.

''Villa Stella was the best villa we have stayed in. It was modern, spotlessly clean, extremely well maintained, fully equipped and very spacious. The pool area is fantastic. Highly recommend this villa.
Let's rent online have been fantastic. Thank you so much for your excellent communication and prompt replies-very much appreciated. Thank you for helping us when our son locked us out of the villa - we were worried we would have to sleep in the car! The managers of Villa Stella, Phil and Denise were great. Phil came and topped up the pool and Denise was a superstar when we needed a locksmith. They look after the villa so well....great job!
The villa itself is in a quiet location and a hire car is definitely needed but there is ample parking. There are a couple of restaurants nearby but we didn't use them as we ate in every night which suited us fine. The drive from Paphos airport was easy with fantastic directions with lots of landmarks to look out for on the way. It took us 45minutes door to door.
We visited a few places as never been to Cyprus before. Tombs of the king's, shipwreck, Paphos harbour, mount Olympus, Latsi. Good drive out to all of them. Thanks again for your excellent communication and help when we were away. Regards. Elizabeth ''

''The villa was great, a nice size with lots of good features like the private pool. Food essentials were at the villa on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The location was also good, lovely views over Petipa towards Coral Bay. It was also in a quiet location with no noises from neighbouring properties.
As we’ve been to the area quite a few times, we went there to our favourites food places; Andria Steakhouse - Coral Bay (Great food, very pleasant waiting staff)
Oniro By the Sea - Coral Bay (Superb location, with a great choice of food and drink)
Duomo - Paphos (Italian food at its best)
Namaste - Paphos (Indian street food, very tasty and not something you get everywhere)
Yummie Yummie - Coral Bay (Great pizza/kebab to takeaway)

''Great experience at Stella Villa. The villa was spacious and bright, very well equipped, very clean. The villa is very well situated for discovering western Cyprus. We would recommend the Blue lagoon, Petra tou Romiou, kourion, Avakas gorge, kikkos monastery, Akamas peninsula, tombs ou the king, Lara beach, pissouri beach, Restaurant: viklari peyia, Savvas Grill. ''Many thanks for our super holiday in Villa Stella for the 2 weeks in September. We have rented 8 villas now over the years and this was by far the best that we have had.It was also the most well kept,presented and catered for all our needs. The location was absolutely perfect,just far enough away to be peaceful and just close enough for shops and bars and the view was first class.
We always enjoy Tea for Two in Paphos as the staff and food are first class.Also Oniro by the sea by the shipwreck delicious food and service. We like to pop in for drinks in the evening to Dionysus in Coral Bay and enjoy the entertainment they have on though some not quite so.
The service we received from Louise and Gary was first class as we had a power cut which was soon sorted by Gary. Many thanks for that. It's very easy to book with you as I have used you before and will do again. We will be back again next year as we have been visiting Cyprus for 12 years or more and love the weather obviously and the friendliness of everyone. We will be booking again next year,hopefully Villa Stella again as we couldn't fault it at all.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where the Villa Stella is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores; the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!
Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more.
Golf: 4 Golf courses are within half an hours drive.
