- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

Directions from Paphos Airport ( Approximately 42min with a car, around 30km)

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take the highway road to Paphos. When you are on the road B6 you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit on your left on “Leoforos Arhiepiskopou Makariou 3”. You will reach another roundabout- keep left.
As you continue to drive just straight you will pass 5 roundabout- on all of them, please take the second exit.
The last roundabout will be at Kings Avenue Mall. When you take the second exit there just drive straight all the way. You will pass Tombs of the Kings Avenue Road and you will continue to head straight on the traffic lights and roundabouts towards Coral Bay road.

When you reach Coral Bay- there is a small roundabout- take the second exit and drive straight, you will pass Philippos Supermarket on your right. After you will get to other roundabout- please take 2nd exit also drive straight, pass Petrolina Gas Station on your left. After Petrolina Gas Station take the 3rd turn left, then turn right on Tassou Markou Ave, then first left, again left turn- and straight forward to your destination. On the crossroad turn left again and then first right and in 2 min ( 800m you should be there). Villa will be on your left.

The key to the villa it’s located in a key safe lock box on the wall next to the gate on the right-hand side.
Just type the code....... to open and get the keys.

There is a gate to enter the property. To open the gate, please type the code 4321# and the gate will open and the close automatically.
When you go out, to open it on the left-hand side it’s a button- just press it and then it will open automatically.

TV it’s smear so that you can connect if with YouTube and etc.
