« We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. On one morning, when we arrived to eat, they were completely out of eggs and sausage, there were no plates available, and I had to ask the staff to prepare fresh food.
