« Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend. »

« We stayed 10 days. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was very clean and owners even stopped by after a few days and dropped off more towels. The porch was nice to sit and have a drink in the evening. The view from porch is a house across the street (no water view) the bedrooms have air conditioning. None on first floor but plenty of windows and screen door to allow airflow. They also have a grill which was a nice option that we used. Our favorite place to visit was a coffee...

« Nadia and Alan are gracious hosts who have thought of every detail. The cottage was a perfect home for me as I worked on many Zoom calls with no difficulty. The location was great as I was able to walk to the town for small meals and also to a local restaurant that was delightful. Highly recommend and have fun in NoFo! »

« We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old! »

« This weekend was my daughters 16th birthday. She loves the beach, we were looking for a place we haven't been before. I came across this one and went for it. We were not disappointed at all. This was such a cute little spot. Very clean and quiet for being on a busier street. Its set back far enough you dont hear traffic. Raj sent a ton of restaurants in the area and other places to go as well. His mother greeted us upon arrival, she was very sweet. Overall a great stay and will be back! »

« Ok, if you are considering staying here, place is big and nice open concept. Two big refridgerators and kitchen dining room are lovely. Pool tables felt is very dirty and cues are down to wood. Outside pool is cracked and leaking so hose water needs to be constantly running making water cold. Deck has many soft spots and a couple of holes. Not like picture...no plants and outdoor furniture moldy....would not sit on love seat area. No one did. Needs a good bleaching. Great to have a washer and...
