True Blue Villas Your 3BR Oasis

This spacious and well-appointed three-bedroom villa 8A of True Blue Resort are ideal for groups of six to eight guests. With fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, and multiple TVs with cable, these villas offer great area views off private balconies or patio areas and a tranquil location in beautiful Pawleys Island.

Check-in instructions: Guest will check-in at the front desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort located at: 14276 Ocean Highway Pawleys Island, SC 29585, about 6 miles away from the condo.

Please Note: These vacation rentals are located in the True Blue Golf Club community. About a 10 minute drive south on Hwy. 17 from the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort check-in office location.

Parking Policy: Overnight guest parking for the True Blue is limited to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Additional parking
passes can be provided for additional vehicles with advanced notice, at least two weeks before arrival. The securing of additional
overnight parking passes will result in a per-pass fee of $10.00.

To request additional parking passes for overnight parking at True Blue,
please message us 2 weeks prior to arrival and provide the make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle.

My 2 star rating is more reflective of the management company than of the property itself. The property is in a great location and convenient to everything but hasn't been maintained particularly well (rust and cobwebs on the lighting fixtures in the bathrooms, dust/grime on top surfaces of wainscoting, layers of dust/dirt on patio furniture and fake plant, dehydrated frog carcass on porch, dripping water in refrigerator, fluorescent bulb in kitchen that requires several on/off of switch to activate, dryer that requires several cycles to dry clothing even on hottest setting, washer that doesn't always drain properly.) Additionally, upon check-in at registration, we were not given required pool bands and when arriving at unit there was no toilet paper in any of the three bathrooms and only one bar of soap. We called the registration desk multiple times and after finally reaching someone, was told housekeeping had already left for the day. We went to the store and bought some. The next day still no delivery from the housekeeping so another call was placed and finally delivery was made late that day.

Sadly disappointed by several factors during our stay. Upon first entering the condo things looked clean and nice, however, looks were deceiving! During our week long stay we kept finding different issues within the home. Lamps were missing proper knobs to turn them on and off, bulbs burned out, (which can be expected occasionally) electric outlets did not work at all in one room on two sides of the walls, two rooms only had lamps to light them, and the WORST of the issues is the fact that the condo had several hidden messes! In the first room when you entered the condo there were used qtips in the floor. The second room seemed the cleanest with no issues, however, in the third room there were gold fish crackers on one side of the bed, crumbs on the other side and last but not least there was a PILL in the floor!!! There was a toddler staying with us and thankfully he was being watched and it was realized what he had before he put anything in his mouth! Honestly, I would've overlooked the other two issues but the unknown medicine found in the floor drew the line. The three "king beds" were actually twins pushed together creating a "ditch" in the middle. For couples that like to cuddle or at least be close to one another this was aggravating, not to mention each twin bed had it's own covers. On a positive note there was plenty of silverware, pots and pans, and cookware in the kitchen. Appliances were nice and seemed to be taken care of.

Mediocre in my assessment.

This property while in a great location for anyone golfing at True Blue or Caledonia, was mediocre at best. The unit itself needs updating. The toilet in the Master Bath had to have the back taken off to stop the water from running. The check in process is awkward - if coming from the south, you have to pass the turn for True Blue to pick up the keys and then drive back. Same with the checkout procedure. A keypad would be much easier for all guests. In the brochure that we were given with the passwords for all of the units that Brittain Resorts manages, the password for our unit was incorrect necessitating a phone call to the office. I received a text and phone call promoting Brittain Resorts and attending "only a one hour" meeting to join the club or whatever. I didn't want or need to be solicited for anything while there. One week before driving there, our unit was changed due to "maintenance" needing to be done on the original unit that we booked. The original booking was for a 3 BR, 3 BA unit with king beds in each BR. What we got was a 3 BR, 2BA unit with 1 king, and 2 sets of twins. While these are primarily annoyances, as I said, the gist of the matter was that this was mediocre at best. I will do my best to never book again a property that is managed by Brittain Resorts.

Great mini vacation

I took the grandkids to the beach after Christmas and we had a great time! The condo was in a good location and they enjoyed access to the indoor pool. Will definitely return!!
