There is a staircase leading up the the front porch on the 1st floor, and an enclosed entry with staircase from the garage to the 1st floor. The 1st floor features the living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1 bedroom and bath. The living area opens to a covered porch with an additional table where you can enjoy your favorite beverages and dine al fresco. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas so you can stay connected with friends and family while preparing your culinary delights. The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry room. The master bedroom is very spacious and opens to a screened porch. The master bath has a vaity with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 also opens to the screened porch. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share a connecting bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. A spiral staircase leads up to the open deck on the top floor with peeks of the ocean.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
