The open floor plan in the living, dining and kitchen area allows views through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door opening to the balcony. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful Quartz countertops and a new appliance package. There is also a coffee bar with a beverage fridge. 

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to the balcony. The Master Bath features a Quartz counter top vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower with glass surround. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and a private bath with a Quartz counter top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with twin trundle. This bedroom has a TV and its own bath with Quartz countertop vanity and a tub/shower combination. Amenities include 4 Cable TVs with Roku, DVD player, Covered Balcony, Internet, Garden Tub, Shower, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Covered Parking, Elevator, Outside Storage, Travel crib and travel highchair.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

Litchfield by the Sea is a private resort with 24 hour guarded entrance. You can enjoy miles of the shoreline with private access to the beach on boardwalks with beach showers. There are also lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a fishing lake with pier, marsh overlook and miles of walking/jogging paths. You can experience all the scenic vistas of our beautiful sandy beach, the ocean, the tidal saltwater creeks, marshes and natural habitats.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
