A large family can make use of the plentiful seating in the dining room and utilize the kitchen counter bar stools. A big, spacious kitchen features a double refrigerator and two dishwashers. The main floor has a game room and laundry room. Off the main floor a large front porch overlooks the hot tub and pool. The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional $750. per week, April, May, Sept, Oct only. The upstairs provides an additional living area with wet bar and laundry room. The second floor porch overlooks the pool and hot tub while providing you with a great ocean view. The house has 10 TVs, 1 DVD player, an elevator for handicap use, a radio/CD player, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 2 outside showers, gas grill and lots of parking.
