The kitchen has granite countertops tops, a breakfast bar, with seating for 2, and is fully equipped. It is open to the dining and living areas. The dining table has seating for 6. Bedroom 1 has a king (memory foam) bed and a private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double/twin bunk. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. ther features include 2 covered parking spaces.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping, and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bathmats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
