- Community quiet time is 11pm-8am. No parties.

- MOTOR VEHICLES: Recreational vehicles such as, but not limited to, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, campers, trailers, boats, and golf carts are prohibited from overnight parking (11 pm – 8 am) on community property. ATVs cannot be licensed to operate on SC roadways and are prohibited from operating or parking on True Blue property.

- Pool passes required at all True Blue property pools. No bottles or glass allowed in pool areas. Pools open 9am-11pm unless otherwise indicated. Some pools will be closed for the winter and pools may be closed for cleaning as necessary. Designated pool(s) remain open during winter months, but are not heated. Designated hot tub(s) remain heated.

- PONDS: Swimming, boating, fishing or entering the ponds is not allowed at any time. Do not throw anything into the ponds. Refuse such as food, fish waste, etc. attracts alligators and other varmints. The feeding of fish, turtles or other animals in or near the pond is strictly prohibited.

- Community Grills: Charcoal Grills are provided in safe areas for all owners, tenants and guests. NO OTHER GRILLS ARE PERMITTED ON HOA PROPERTY.

We and my husband’s 80 year old mother stayed in this ground level 3 bedroom condo. We found it to be clean, roomy and comfortably furnished. Ground level was important to us so that our elderly mother didn’t have any stairs. The third bedroom with twin beds was nice to have so our 2 grandkids who live locally could spend a night with us. The accommodations were clean, nice and adequate. There is a nice screened in back porch with tree lined back yard view. There was an USB charging plug in 2 bedrooms and a sound machine in the primary bedroom. Our questions and communication with the owner were responded to quickly or in reasonable time. This maybe is not worth mentioning, but there wasn’t any dishwashing liquid for washing pots, etc., in the sink, and no laundry detergent pods so I had to buy those. There was a large container of dishwasher pods for the dishwasher, a half roll of paper towels, a couple of toilet tissue rolls in both bathrooms, and some small starter bathing products in the bathrooms. There were plenty of kitchen towels and bath towels. The unit served our needs and met our expectations as described. We were satisfied with our stay here. 👍

We absolutely loved this place. It was super quiet, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect too. We loved the large pool and pretty much had it to ourselves the whole trip. We will stay at Sunny B’s again!

Had a quick trip to PI , myself and my wife and our son and daughter and my wife's 85 year old parents. Condo was spacious and clean , we had a wonderful time.

Our only complaint about our stay was that we didn’t act quickly enough to request a spot for next year. The condo is exactly as depicted in its photos and the owners, Carrie and Damon, were delightful to deal with and immediately responsive to the one or two requests we had. This property was exactly what I was looking for. It was close to golf and good restaurants. It even came with pool access! The condo was quiet, and we could walk to breakfast at True Blue every morning. It was very clean, Carrie communicated well with us, and it was decorated so modern and cute! I would definitely stay again!
