Comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et un quai avec une rampe de mise à l'eau et un quai flottants communs. La maison dispose d'un porche blindé face au ruisseau avec une terrasse ensoleillée. Deux chambres disposent d'un lit king avec salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre dispose d'un roi et partage une salle de bain avec la quatrième chambre qui a deux lits superposés avec quatre lits jumeaux. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent le H / VAC central, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lave-vaisselle, une table de pique-nique, le wifi, un parking couvert et une douche extérieure chaude et froide. This was a perfect house for our family to gather for a week's vacation. The dock was an awesome place to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset every night.

We love Pawleys - and this house!

The house was plenty spacious and provided everything we needed for our group of 8. The location on the channel with a private dock with only a short walk to the beach couldn't be better. We fished, boated and swam and tubed on and in the creek, and, whenever we felt like it, we took to the beach.

Dock for fishing

Family loved the dock and spent a lot of time fishing and watching the sunset. Dock is covered and has a sink. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes but not bad. House was very clean! Rooms were comfortable and nicely equipped. Master was perfect. Kitchen is dated but had everything we needed. And was clean! Love the open floor plan. Wonderful week with the fam.

Annie Dream is one of the best rentals homes on the coast! My grandkids loved fishing and crabbing from the dock and everyone enjoyed riding in the boat at high tide!!

I especially loved the wonderful mattress in the Master bedroom. The kitchen has apparently been remodeled and was unbelievable! Well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Well-maintained house. Part of our family flew in from Switzerland and couldn't believe the heat and humidity, but the rest of us from Saluda, SC were used to it! I loved all the different entertaining areas; the front porch, the back porch, the living room, and the dock. The beach house was clean. The location on the marsh was good. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. The property management company was able to give me the name of a place to rent pack and plays for the babies. We had everything we needed.

Although it still needs a little TLC, I was pleased with the renovations already done. I filled out the request in the packet for the same week next year and look forward to hearing from you. Only negative was the number of roaches and spiders.

A short walk to the beach access. Great outdoor showers when wanting to freshen up from the beach. Huge amount of parking available. Great room area was massive with super comfortable sofas and seating. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all supplies needed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and set up. The back screened porch was the place to be in the mornings and evenings looking out over the creek and marsh. I highly recommend booking and will stay here again!

The bedrooms are all good sized and the great room with kitchen is huge with 2 separate couch arrangements. The view of the creek is gorgeous and the new boardwalk and dock were great. Bring bugspray. The mosquitoes will carry you off. Great assortment of utensils, especially big pots for a boil for a large group. Beds were super comfortable and the bedding new and Naidoo. Only complaint is the torn linoleum in the bathroom. Unsightly, but could be easily covered up with a small cabinet.

A Dream Vacation

We had never vacationed on the creek and it was so much fun. Our grandchildren loved the new dock and playing in the creek. And the beach was just a short walk away. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and the family room was very spacious. We liked the large dining table that we could all sit around. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the creek. The house had some nice updates but needs additional attention including new appliances and master bath.

Comfortable House in Nice Quiet Area

Enjoyed our short stay - nice view and close to the beach. End of the street so very little traffic. House was clean and well equipped. Close to several very good restaurants. Check in/out was very easy.

We loved that we had our own private dock where we could tie our boat up and leave it in the water. The weather was great and the house and kitchen were well stocked to accommodate our needs.
