« Great place for family, nice large kitchen for making meals. Peaceful area right next to Letchworth, literally down the street from the Perry entrance. You will be out in the cornfields which we really enjoyed. Close enough to markets and gas. Little over an hour to Niagra also. »

« Perfect place for our whole family to stay and have own bedrooms for all. We had 4 families staying. Enjoyed being on the lake. We rented a boat for one day. Appreciated all the lake toys that were available for us to use. The house was very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but adequate. This was our second year. »

« This property is perfectly located within walking distance to town and SUNY Brockport. The house had everything we would need and we were appreciative of being able to bring our dog. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is soft and cozy. Love the water pressure in the shower. Plenty of space and easy access to multiple locations, be it the college, beach or Main Street. Cheryl was super responsive as well! »

« My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go! »

« Communication with Jas was amazing! She answered all my questions. The house was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the deck. Location was convenient to picking up guests from the Rochester airport, it was a bit of a drive to some othe the locations at the east side of the lakes, but we knew it would be. Definitely enjoyed our time in the Finger Lakes region. »

« We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us. »

« Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet établissement. J'y suis venu il y a 2 ans. J'ai apprécié le sérieux de la tenue de l'endroit. Il y a effectivement des interlocuteurs (réception, petit-déjeuner, problème relevant du bricolage). J'ai eu une poubelle vidée et des serviettes neuves chaque jour. Tout fonctionnait même si la prise de la lampe du fond était sortie du mur, et un abat-jour de lampe de chevet un peu cabossé. Je dors toujours avec des bouchons anti-bruits en hôtel aux Etats-unis....
