Welcome to Under The Umbrellas, a bright and cheerful one-bedroom villa at Banana River Resort. This upstairs suite offers stunning riverfront views from a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Inside, you'll find a spacious king bed, a cozy living area with a smart TV, and a full kitchen stocked with brand new appliances and cookware for a comfortable stay.

Pops of blue, orange, and yellow add playful charm to the umbrella-themed décor. Relax around the gas fire pit, or head out to explore the water with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards. With the Banana River at your doorstep and the ocean just across the street, Under The Umbrellas offers the perfect balance of peace and adventure.

The upstairs villas (9 & 10) share an AC system. While the AC handler is located in unit 10, thermostat is located within unit 9. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to ensure comfort for both units.
