« Great downtown location! Walking distance to bars and restaurants but very quiet section of town. Secure parking and building. »

« The room service was great as well as the personnel. Room staff only speak spanish. A bit unconfortable. The pool was messy and we were unable to swim for our stay of 10 days. There was a club nearby and the music was loud all night long some nights. Cipriano at the front desk was an angel. »

« I did not feel safe in this place. There was an incident when I was there where somebody who was injured and bodily fluid was dispelled throughout the facility. The bathrooms were important condition. The bed was nice. The hallways had trash as well as the stairwells. The staff was very nice. The elevator was malfunctioning and only one of the elevators worked. »

« Did not try the food. Only needed a short getaway. Was deeply disturbed by the crack on the door. The rest of the room was acceptable. Huge issue for me. They charge for parking at a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unfortunately that a never again issue for me. Thank you. »
