Spacious loft located in Pasturo, just steps from the Valsassina cycle path, ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for nature and comfort.
The apartment is on the third and top floor of a building where the first two levels host a para-pharmacy and medical offices, while the upper two floors are dedicated to tourist accommodations. Please note that there is no elevator! Together with the other apartment in the building, it can accommodate up to 21 people. At the back, a large private courtyard offers free parking for more than ten cars.
From the loft's windows, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the cycle path, which is easily reachable on foot. Nearby, there is a supermarket and a picnic area equipped with children's playgrounds and mini-golf.
The loft can accommodate up to 9 guests and is set on a single level, featuring charming sloped ceilings that add warmth and character. A private staircase leads to a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a cozy fireplace, a dining table, and a sofa.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:


One bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed


Two bedrooms with a double bed and an additional single bed


The two bathrooms each include a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. One of them also features a laundry area with a washing machine.
