Come and discover the charming village with swimming pool, nestled in the Umbrian countryside overlooking Trasimeno Lake, a few steps from the pretty town of Passignano sul Trasimeno and the medieval Castel Rigone, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Enjoy moments of relaxation in our traditional Umbrian accommodations located within the village, built with solid stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors, carefully restored and finely furnished with traditional rural furniture.Inside the property you will find a beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool with a view on the lake.

Let yourself be carried away by this magical place from where you can also set out to discover the surroundings. The structure is in fact well connected to the main roads: from Passignano sul Trasimeno you can board the ferry and visit the Polvese and the Maggiore islands, in Tuoro you can retrace the stages of the historic battle between the forces of Hannibal and the Roman Empire, participate in the many cultural events that take place every year in the area or simply sunbathe by the lake or in the comfort of our swimming pool. The pool is private and shared with other guests.

The village is made up of two independent apartments that can be rented both individually and together:

Aratro Apartment (2 beds)

Studio near the pool with an enchanting view of the lake that can be appreciated both from the inside and from its terrace. There is a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Equipped with air conditioning.

Macina Apartment (2 beds)

Important information for your stay

The pool will be open from 31st of May to 15th of September, from 8 AM to 8 PM.A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.The cost of utilities (electricity) is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.Pets are allowed with a supplement of €40.00 per pet per stay.For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of €25.00. €50.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
