« Were there some hiccups during this stay, yes, but the staff responded quickly to fix them. Was there for a quick over night stay and my first time staying here in a year or two. A nice stay overall »

« The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas. »

« The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay. »

« Once we arrived at the hotel, everything was fine. Don’t wait for the shuttle bus for airport pick up. Our dependence on the shuttle delayed our hotel check in by over an hour. It’s only a 15 or less minute drive to the hotel from the airport. Just spend the $20 on a taxi or uber. They were very good. »
